Workout Wednesdays
Come out and get some quality work in this summer. We're planning on a five week program where we'll build up interval work for every level runner. Each session will start with a warmup, stretch, 30 minute workout, and cool down. Meet at 5:30pm at the upper Town Hall Road parking.
