Lower Hillman's and Christmas Tree POW Laps - 2/13/25

A small army amassed at Pinkham Notch this morning. John, Brent, Adam, Pete and myself strolled up the Sherb. We had some question marks about where to ski, the group decided on Hillman's for a poke around. We skinned up through the Christmas Tree and stood roughly 500 vertical feet up Hillman's. Clicking in we enjoyed some DEEP turns. No shoot cracks or slides happened in Hillman's. Giggling, we ripped up again for a Christmas Tree/ skiers left lap. We did generate some point releases and small slab releases in this zone. It was enough to bury our skis but not enough to carry us. Another round on Hillman's and we all skied out a very fun and filled in Sherb. Just in time for vacation week.
