Winter 3.0 has arrived in Tuckerman Ravine, and oh man those conditions are quite good!
The "locals" showed up to the parking lot around 6am. We set off with our eyes and hearts set on Tuckerman Ravine. Jake, Brent, and myself were locked in and ready to go.

We crested into the bowl, busting through the cloud layer, I applied sunscreen. We took a skinner up to the lower choke of Lobster Claw and we enjoyed POWDER TURNS to the floor. We skinned back up to our high point and skied down more skiers right. Enjoying the mini-golf laps. Brent had to head to work.... sad... while Jake and I poked up higher into Lobster Claw. Turning around about 90% of the way up the line, just below the ridge. We clicked in and scored more POWDER TURNS.
Jake about to score.
Can you spot the skier???
Not to be outdone, Andrew and Hillary, scored some epic turns in Chute! Making the steep pitch of Chute look like a blue square, those two enjoyed more POWDER TURNS.
Hilary styling some turns.
Jake and I were still hungry for more. With Andrew giving me the green light to show up late to work, we picked up Jimmy Rips and headed to Hillman's Highway. One must take care of the caretaker.
Looking so pretty
The turns.... soul nourishing
Not bad for a Tuesday!!
